Privacy & AI processing
EcuaPass uses your account details, intake answers, and uploaded visa documents to provide your purchased document readiness review. Documents can contain sensitive identity, financial, and criminal-record information.
Your documents stay private
Your files are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. EcuaPass authorizes each case and document request using your signed-in account. Documents are never shared through public storage URLs. Data is encrypted in transit and by the storage provider at rest.
How automated analysis works
With your consent, EcuaPass sends document contents and relevant intake details to Google Gemini for document identification, text extraction, and evidence-based checks. The application then compares the extracted evidence with the selected visa’s versioned requirements. Google and Cloudflare act as service providers. Review the Gemini API terms for Google’s data processing terms; provider handling depends on the service tier configured by EcuaPass.
Payment information
Stripe processes your payment. EcuaPass stores the payment reference and review entitlement, and does not store full card numbers. A verified payment activates your case.
Retention & deletion
Cases expire after the retention period displayed in your review. Expired cases cannot be accessed or processed. You can delete your case through its dashboard controls; deletion removes all document versions, extracted evidence, and reports. Minimal payment and accounting records may remain where required. Previous document versions are kept until deletion so review changes can be audited.
Your choices
You must agree to processing before uploading documents or requesting an AI review. You can stop processing by deleting your case. To request help, correction, or deletion, contact info@ecuapass.com. A review is automated document assistance and cannot establish document authenticity, guarantee a visa, or replace professional legal advice.
